Happy to announce the next update pack. The list seems short but in the background a lot of work has been done. Major update happened on the back-end as the service now runs on a load balanced cluster of 3 machines with shared storage, and the default SQLite database has been replaced with Postgresql.
The list of changes / updates:
- Bokeh 2.0.0
- EMBL Python client for webservices – eg. clustal, mafft.
- scale up of resources – now running on a load balanced small cluster
- database upgrade
- Binaries for clustalw2 and clustalo for “local” use
- publicly available stand alone Docker image (see separate post)
